After creating my website and starting my business, I wanted to create something unique. Something that I could apply to my own life, and help others to build the healthy lives that they desired as well.
Our Goal for 30 Day’s
30 Days to Inner Peace began as an idea, to help people like myself in their daily lives. I wanted it to be a useful took that would help others to create healthier lives, with the tools they already have within them. I believe in self-care, finding your true self, and knowing that we are enough just the way we are.
In just 30 day’s, I can take you from frazzled-out-of-your-mind, cant get a handle on the days or weeks, and struggling to find a minute for you self, to understanding those around you and feeling like a Zen master.
30 Days to Inner Peace is designed specifically for the busy person who may not have time for more than a page or two a day, as well as for those who just need something good in their day to keep them encouraged and optimistic.
How it works…
Each day, you will have one main topic that plays into either mental, physical or emotional peace, and a challenge page to motivate you to make positive changes in your daily life.
We use positive, inspirational quotes from famous authors and thinkers and speakers to bring something special to each page, along with colorful headlines to make each page fun and captivating.
