Finding Peace and Being Happy…
What would you do to find inner peace and happiness?
When I feel my best, it’s always when I feel my mind, body and spirit are all connected and working together. I feel the most at peace… like I can do anything.
But when we don’t feel like that, and don’t have that connection, we often find ourselves struggling.
So, what would you do to find that connection?
Let me cut you in on a little secret…
Creating a mind-body-emotion connection can happen for you.
It can also happen in just 30 days, in a relaxed setting, in your own home.

This eBook gives you 30 days to ask yourself the hard questions, challenge yourself, and delve into things you may have never thought necessary or important.
Each day will bring you closer to inner peace and happiness, both within yourself and with those around you.
Connecting the Body, Mind and your Feelings
Your Mental, Physical and Emotional health are all connected.
You may not think of physical health when you think of inner peace and happiness, but trust me when I say that it is super important!
Isolating any one of these areas to focus on won’t be very helpful, unless you incorporate the other two as well.
We wan’t to go through each section and work on your mental health, physical health and then emotional health, and show you how they work together as a whole.
Each day has a challenge section, so when we focus on mental health we may challenge you to be more intentional throughout the day, while in the physical health section we may challenge you to make healthier food choices.
Example of a challenge page:
A 30 Day devotion to a healthier you
This is a 30 day devotion to bettering yourself.

First thing in the morning is the best time of day if you can make it happen, and then use the challenge pages to be more intentional every day.
Don’t just take MY word for it… here’s what they said.
