# get_supplement_dossier

Aggregate a selected US label with optional evidence and source modules. Use to reduce repeated calls after a label has been identified. Do not use it as a medical assessment. Optional module failures yield a partial result with module_errors. A dossier counts each distinct label once, not once per internal module.
