The same validated entities and arithmetic drive HTML, Markdown, REST, and MCP.
Identity and versions
Products are not merged by name alone. Brand, market, form, specification, barcode when present, source identity, and label snapshot remain distinguishable. A local retrieval snapshot is not presented as a manufacturer revision date.
Mass normalization
Only exact g, mg, mcg, μg, and µg quantities use the mass conversion rule. Per-unit arithmetic additionally requires a positive exact serving quantity and a matching capsule or tablet form.
Comparison gate
Items share a numeric row only when ingredient identity, measurement object, unit, and requested basis match. Unsupported items remain in the response with a reason.
Rights and review
Parsing success does not grant publishing rights. Medical summary fields stay null until a real reviewer, date, and basis are recorded.
