How to fix digestive issues, quick fix for bloating, lactose intolerance, and gluten sensitivity

How to improve digestion without painful cleanses

Do you ever feel bloated after eating, have painful cramps while digesting, feel backed up for days, or have other gut issues?

Most American’s have digestive problems, and a lot of us have trouble with digestion especially around the holidays.

You know how it goes…

First comes the Halloween candy you swear you’ll only eat a few pieces of.

Then there’s Thanksgiving, and we always eat just one more slice of Pumpkin Pie.

And THEN Christmas and holiday parties, with cookies, cocoa, and feast-sized dinners…

We’ve all been there.

But who wants to do a painful three to five-day gut cleanse?

Not me.

And you might not need to.

In this post, I am going to talk to you about a supplement I take every single day.

This supplement helps me support my digestive health, relieve bloating, and process foods I am sensitive to like dairy.

My Gut Issues

I am lactose sensitive, and it feels like there is dairy hiding in everything.

Depending on how much dairy is hiding in my food, I could feel anything from just mild-bloating to full-on painful stomach cramps.

I have taken Lactaid products before, and they worked well.

When I was taking them I knew that if I took one capsule before eating something with cheese in it, I would probably be okay.

But even while taking it, I would still feel bloated or nauseous every once in a while after I ate.

It was because I had more than just a lactose problem.

My gut wasn’t processing any food the way it should.

That got me looking for something more holistic, that would keep my gut functioning the way it’s supposed to rather than just counteract the effects of lactose.

How I combat gut issues with Digestivi-T

I started taking Digestivi-T as a way to stop feeling bloated all the time.

Digestivi-T is a supplement I take every day before eating a meal.

On days I don’t take it before every meal, I will always take it right before I eat something I know I have a sensitivity to.

Digestivi-T is a probiotic, enzyme blend that helps you to maintain a healthy gut while helping your body to process things like Gluten and Dairy.

Ingredients in Digestivi-T

This supplement is chock-full of probiotics and enzymes that help break down food and keep your gut functioning properly.

Here is the list of ingredients in this supplement:

Ingredient List:

  • SEB Gluten Relief®
  • DigeSEB®
  • Enzyme Blend
  • Bromelain
  • Papain
  • Probiotics
  • Saccharomyces Boulardii
  • Chamomile
  • Fennel
  • Ginger
  • Beet
  • Nettle Leaf
  • Hypromellose
  • Silica
  • Rice Bran

Some of these ingredients you may be unfamiliar with. Here is a small breakdown of some of them:

DigeSEB is an enzyme in Digestivi-T that helps your body to break down protein, carbs, fats, and dairy. This enzyme is what helps you feel less digestional discomfort and bloating.

Bromelain is an enzyme that comes from the juice of the Pineapple fruit and can help your body digest protein.

Saccharomyces Boulardii is a probiotic that can help support your digestive system and relieve diarrhea and possibly even help IBS.

These are just some of the ingredients in Digestivi-T that make it such a great product for digestive health.

Common Results with Digestivi-T Supplement

The most common results with Digestivi-T are feeling less bloated about 20-30 minutes after taking it.

I have definitely felt this effect, having taken Digestivi-T after eating something I’m sensitive to like pasta or ice cream.

There are also a lot of great reviews on LifeSeasons website!

How to take Digestivi-T

For this supplement, you are supposed to take 1 capsule three times a day, each before a meal.

I have also taken it periodically instead of daily, whenever I feel like I need it, and it works amazingly.

What causes digestive issues?

Gut issues can be caused by a lot of different things.

It could be from stress, anxiety, or depression.

Hormone imbalances can be a factor in having digestive issues.

Or, you could be eating something you are sensitive to like gluten, dairy, or another food your body might be rejecting.

How to tell if your gut is messed up: Symptoms of Digestive Issues

I can definitely tell when my gut is out of shape.

For me, it comes in the form of painful stomach cramps or running to the toilet.

This doesn’t happen when I take Digestivi-T daily, and that’s why I am NEVER without it anymore.

If you’re unsure of whether or not you have problems with digestion, here are some common symptoms:

  • Bloating
  • Gas
  • Diarrhrea
  • Painful cramps after eating
  • Constipation
  • Heartburn
  • Nausea or Vomitting

None of these symptoms should be ignored, or seen as “normal” digestive function.

There are a few things that could be causing you to feel these symptoms.

There could be an unknown sensitivity you are dealing with, such as caffeine or gluten, or even something as severe as being fully lactose intolerant or dealing with celiac disease.

If you are feeling any of these symptoms, it would be a good idea to talk to your healthcare provider about them.

Stress, Anxiety, and Your Gut.

Stress is actually one of the things that can impede healthy gut function.

Think about it,

when we get stressed out, we tend to either overeat or stop eating altogether.

This can wreak havoc on our gut, and cause all kinds of problems.

Taking a supplement to help reduce stress and anxiety is another thing that can help your overall health, as well as help gut health specifically.

LifeSeasons has a great supplement called Anxie-T if you need support for stress or anxiousness.

Using Digestivi-T to help with Holiday Digestive Discomfort

I mentioned this a little in the beginning, but the holidays really do a number on our guts.

Taking Digestivi-T three times a day during the holiday season especially can help your body process the extra gluten you may be eating, or help you feel less bloated after a heavy turkey dinner.

I would highly recommend this supplement all year long, but especially during the holiday season.

Click the link to get 15% off your first order of Digestivi-T.

As always, talk with your healthcare provider first before taking, or trying any new supplement.
